Energy Efficiency webinar - Custom project documentation guide

BPA will provide an overview of the newly developed guide for developing, reviewing and approving custom project proposals and completion reports. 

This guide facilitates the submission of complete and appropriate cost documentation to support energy efficiency custom project; defines allowable costs (e.g., implementation costs, impacts to O&M costs, and changes in non-energy impact costs) under different custom project types; and specifies the supporting documentation required.
