Implementation Manual

The Implementation Manual provides the guidelines and requirements for implementing energy efficiency projects in the region.
The IM gives customer utilities, program partners and regional stakeholders information on how to plan and implement energy savings projects and includes approaches and options to further the regional energy efficiency partnership with BPA. Annual updates streamline administrative processes and expands, adds, and refines pilots, projects, and programs.
