Reporting outages and load shifts

Please report outages and load shifts as soon as possible by submitting the Outage & Load Shift Report (updated February 2019).

BPA will apply the procedure set out in the Validation/Estimation/Edit (VEE) Logic provision of the GRSPs to determine the appropriate data validation method needed for accurate revenue and settlement quality meter data.
