Energy Efficiency Action Plan

In March 2022, the Northwest Power and Conservation Council released the 2021 Power Plan. The Plan identifies the energy efficiency savings potential in the Northwest and establishes a regional savings goal. BPA has developed the 2022 – 2027 Energy Efficiency Action Plan, which forecasts how public power can achieve a share of the savings goal through a variety of programs, market transformation and Momentum Savings. The Action Plan covers sector strategies and forecasts, budgets and costs, evaluation, emerging technologies and demand response.
