BPA has scheduled a one-hour public meeting to begin the process of establishing the Rate Period High Water Marks (RHWM) that will be used in the BP-26 Rate Case.

The RHWM is the amount of energy a customer is eligible to purchase at Tier 1 rates during a given rate period. BPA will share the preliminary Tier 1 system size calculations at the workshop on June 4. Individual customer values will be published following the workshop.
