OATI webCARES Outage

On Friday, September 20th 2024, the OATI webCARES system will receive a User Interface (UI) refresh. As OATI performs the upgrade, the OATI webCARES UI will be offline for one hour, from 5:00 PM PPT to 6:00 PM PPT. To avoid disruptions, we recommend that you complete all webCARES certificate and contract renewals/purchases prior to 5:00 PM PPT on this day. Once the updated webCARES system is back online, all users will be required to reset their password from the login display, prior to logging in for the first time; you will continue to use the same certificate as before for logging in. This upgrade will not impact any existing webCARES certificates or contracts for your organization; there will also be no changes to the renewal process for webCARES certificates or contracts.
