BPA’s Low Income Energy Efficiency Incentive Program

 

At a Glance

BPA manages four state-level Low Income Energy Efficiency (LIEE) grants established with Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Idaho. Funding is distributed around the state to participating Community Action Agencies (CAAs) and other entities to complete energy efficiency projects.

Funding for the State and Tribal LIEE grant program budget is approximately $6 million per year and is negotiated every two years. The performance period for these grants spans the full two-year rate period.
