Review of Public Involvement Policy

BPA is committed to fostering meaningful public engagement and ensuring our public involvement processes are effective, transparent and responsive. As part of this commitment, we are undertaking a comprehensive review and update of our existing Public Involvement Policy that was established in 1986.

TC-28 (Markets+) Pre-Proceeding Workshop

BPA will hold a series of monthly pre-proceeding workshops from April through December 2026 to discuss proposed changes to BPA’s tariff to enable BPA’s participation in the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Markets+ day ahead market.

Attachment K Meeting I

Transmission Services conducts system planning meetings in accordance with its Open Access Transmission Tariff Attachment K. These meetings provide customers and interested parties the opportunity to discuss and provide input to the studies and development of the plans of service.
